We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your product arrives broken, malfunctioning, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video showing the issue. Because our products are personal-use beauty items, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or items that have been opened or used. Once we review your case and confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives a product in perfect condition, and we are always here to help if something goes wrong.

 

Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number and visual proof of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Our priority is to make sure you feel supported and taken care of throughout your experience with us.
